Born and raised in Fresno, Charles D. Oren attended his undergraduate school at Fresno State University studying business. He graduated with honor and then moved on to get his law degree from Western State University in Fullerton.
After graduating, Charles D. Oren began practicing law in 1982 representing disabled or injured clients. He takes pride in vigorously representing his disability clients at their Social Security hearings, and his clients can see the difference in their results. Because of his tenacity and kindness, Mr. Oren receives many referrals from past clients.
